Karen Huger<\/strong> made a dramatic return to The Real Housewives of Potomac<\/em> on Sunday, January 25.<\/p>\n

The closing minute of season 10, episode 16 showed the moment Karen, 62, was released from prison on September 2, 2025, after serving six months on charges including a DUI and a DWI following a March 2024 car accident.<\/p>\n

Bravo\u2019s cameras captured the moment Karen left the Montgomery County Detention Center in Maryland after serving six months of a one-year prison sentence. (She was sentenced to two years with one year suspended in February 2025.)<\/p>\n

The footage showed Karen exiting the facility wearing sunglasses, a scarf around her hair, a white blazer, light blue button-up shirt and blue jeans. Karen was seen entering an awaiting vehicle. Once inside, the Grande Dame of Potomac appeared emotional, taking off her glasses and composing herself, as the car took off. The episode closed with Karen putting her hands together in prayer.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKaren Huger has officially returned to social media after making her first public appearance since her prison release at BravoCon 2025 over the weekend. \u201cThank you @nbcuniversal and @bravotv for the incredibly warm and welcoming energy. My heart is full,\u201d Karen, 62, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, November 16, marking her first post since returning [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Karen will sit down for an interview with RHOP<\/em> executive producer and reunion host Andy Cohen<\/strong> in the season 10 finale, set to air on Sunday, February 1.<\/p>\n

A preview of the finale shows the moment Karen returns home from prison. In the clip, she can be seen running into the arms of her daughter, Rayvin<\/strong>, who is ecstatic to see her mom. The preview then cuts to Andy, 57, arriving to Karen\u2019s home, where he is greeted by her husband, Ray Huger<\/strong>, before sitting down with Karen.<\/p>\n

Andy peppers Karen with questions including, \u201cWhat was your cell like?\u201d and informs her that \u201cthere were viewers that think you that you should not be brought back into this platform.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDo you think you have an issue with alcohol? Do you consider yourself an alcoholic?\u201d Andy asks in the dramatic teaser, which does not reveal Karen\u2019s response.<\/p>\n

On Sunday\u2019s episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em>, Andy and RHOP<\/em> star Stacey Rusch<\/strong> teased Karen\u2019s tell-all interview in the finale, with Stacey praising Andy for asking Karen some hard questions.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was blown away when I watched it because it was so raw,\u201d the former QVC host said. \u201cEvery question that you asked was literally the questions that I had in my mind and I wanted to know.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve reached out to Karen, and we\u2019ve talked about different things, but everything that you talked about were the real, raw questions,\u201d Stacey continued.<\/p>\n

She concluded, \u201cI applaud her because she was very brave in answering them. And the answers literally knocked me off my feet.\u201d<\/p>\n
