According to <strong>Matt Mitovich<\/strong>\u2018s Inside Line, the actress, 47, will appear in the March 22 episode as Laura, who is described as \u201ca stuntwoman who brings in Hartley\u2019s expert tracker Colter Shaw when her boyfriend disappears from a film set.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Durance\u2019s onscreen husband will be played by <strong>David Ramsey<\/strong> a.k.a John Diggle from Arrow. This marks several reunions for Hartley, 48, who played Oliver Queen in The WB series before the story of the Green Arrow was adapted again for The CW with <strong>Stephen Amell<\/strong> in the key role.<\/p>\n<p>Since <em>Tracker<\/em> premiered on CBS in 2024, Hartley has found a way to stage crossovers with his former costars from projects such as <em>Smallville<\/em> and <em>This Is Us<\/em>. After becoming a household name with roles in Passions, Smallville, The Young and the Restless and This Is Us, Hartley scored a major career success with Tracker. The show, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>Tracker<\/em>, however, has also dealt with its fair share of departures. The procedural faces changes when <strong>Robin Weigert<\/strong> exited the show after being a series regular in the first season. If I can\u2019t evolve those characters \u2014 Randy or Reenie or Bobby \u2014 they\u2019re not just people that just pick up the phone and go, \u2018OK, here is the answer.\u2019 That\u2019s when the show is phoning it in,\u201d he explained to<em> Us Weekly<\/em> in May 2025. \u201cThe challenge is when you got to learn about them, which I thought was interesting. That\u2019s the challenge of the show is not having it fall into a formula.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Reid noted that they didn\u2019t want <em>Tracker<\/em> to \u201cfall into complacency.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe only rule I really have of the show is each week Colter is going to come to a new place and there\u2019s going to be a new case. How he gets those answers and what he uses on the team, that\u2019s all something that\u2019s up for grabs,\u201d Reid teased. \u201cMeeting these [local] weird characters is something we\u2019re going to try to do more of as the season goes on. Just Colter coming in and interacting with other characters.
