The update came as part of a broader refresh of regulated and diversified utilities and independent power producers in North America. The firm noted that utilities lagged the broader market\u2019s return in December.<\/p>\n Earlier in the month, Edison International declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.8775 per share. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2026, to shareholders of record on January 7, 2026. The move lifts the annual dividend to $3.51 per share, up 6% from the prior annual rate of $3.31.<\/p>\n Pedro Pizarro, president and CEO of Edison International, said the increase reflects the board\u2019s and management\u2019s confidence in the company\u2019s financial position and outlook. He added that it reinforces management\u2019s commitment to delivering long-term EPS growth of 5% to 7%.
