Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em>\u2018s Nathan Gallagher<\/strong> made a surprising revelation about his tumultuous relationship with his father.<\/p>\n

During the Monday, January 26, episode of the hit Bravo series, Nathan supported Victoria SanJuan<\/strong>, who got emotional about ex Joe Bradley<\/strong> brazenly showing interest in their coworker Kizzi Kitchener.<\/strong> Nathan found Victoria alone on the swim platform and, after seeing how upset she was, offered her a hug.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith friends or family or even my sister, I am super protective of them,\u201d Nathan explained in a confessional. \u201cI kicked my dad out of the house when I was 15 because I had to be a protector for my mom.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nathan later told Joe how disillusioned he was with his friend\u2019s behavior. Despite Joe\u2019s best efforts to mend his friendship with Nathan, the duo ended the charter season on bad terms.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe Below Deck franchise has had its fair share of chaos over the years, but there were some moments that stood out more. During season 7 of the Bravo show, chief stew Kate Chastain and bosun Ashton Pienaar had a scary confrontation when the latter was drunk after a night out. Ashton ended up punching [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI have grown since last season and I can see the distance it has created,\u201d Nathan shared in a January episode. \u201cTo see him down the same s*** time and time again shows me that he has no consideration for anyone apart from himself. I just think it might be time to move on from that kind of friendship.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nathan and Joe worked together on season 10, becoming fast friends before reuniting this season. As Below Deck Med continued to air this season, Joe hinted that he was no longer in touch with Nathan when he exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2025 he has \u201cyet\u2019 to meet Nathan and Gael Cameron<\/strong>\u2018s baby.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut from what I\u2019ve seen on social media, he looked absolutely stunning,\u201d Joe said about the couple\u2019s first child, who was born in June 2025. \u201cDon\u2019t get me wrong, I did try to send a few messages to Nathan.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joe noted that Nathan is likely \u201cbusy at the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a dad and he could be on a boat somewhere \u2014 I\u2019m not too sure,\u201d he added. \u201cWe\u2019re just not really socially inclined [and] we don\u2019t really speak but for what I\u2019ve seen, what a gorgeous little baby that is.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAs soon as you step foot on a Below Deck Mediterranean charter yacht, you\u2019re guaranteed one thing: a whole lot of drama. Throughout its Bravo run, crew members like Captain Sandy Yawn, Hannah Ferrier, Malia White and more have been know to butt heads with each other \u2014 all with the purpose of delivering a [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

At the time, Joe reflected on working with Nathan again.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving Nathan as my boss was nice to see because you can see a person grow. But don\u2019t get me wrong, you do see a very different side of Nathan this season. If you\u2019re a bit more organized, things will work out better,\u201d Joe teased to Us. \u201cHe\u2019s the boss so I am going to respect his position.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joe recalled not wanting to \u201cstep on any toes\u201d after joining Bravado.<\/p>\n
