Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em> ended with a twist when Kizzi Kitchener <\/strong>and Joe Bradley<\/strong> kissed again \u2014 only for her to change her mind about getting back together with her ex-boyfriend.<\/p>\n

During the Monday, January 26, episode of the hit Bravo series, Kizzi and Joe prepared for their final crew night out. They were flirting all night and kissed in the car on the way back to Bravado.<\/p>\n

Joe thought the kiss would lead to more but Kizzi had other ideas. She ultimately was fast asleep by the time Joe stopped by her cabin expecting to sleep together before they left the boat for good.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did kiss Joe in the car,\u201d Kizzi told Josh Bingham<\/strong> earlier in the night. \u201cNow that I\u2019ve done it, I\u2019m like, \u2018Don\u2019t need to do it again.\u2019 Now I can go home and get married and never think, \u2018What if?’\u201d<\/p>\n

Kizzi told the cameras that she now wanted to reconcile with pro rugby player Tom Whiteley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t complain. I did do everything I said I wanted to do. But I think I might be having a bit of an epiphany right now and you might think I am crazy,\u201d she said. \u201cBut I think I\u2019m actually in love with Tom, who is the ex-boyfriend I broke up with to kiss everyone on the boat.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kizzi continued: \u201cDo you think he will still take me back? Like do you think he will still want me? How would I have known that if I didn\u2019t break up with and kiss everyone on the boat?\u201d<\/p>\n

A compilation from the season showed Kizzi locking lips with Victoria SanJuan, Aesha Scott, Cathy Skinner, Nathan Gallagher, Max Salvador<\/strong> and Joe. It was Kizzi\u2019s kiss with Joe that created the most issues after he made a move while still dating Victoria.<\/p>\n

Kizzi spoke to Us Weekly<\/em> about whether she had any regrets since filming season 10, sharing in October 2025, \u201cIn the moment, you literally forget there\u2019s a camera crew, especially when you\u2019ve had a drink and these people are your friends. If there weren\u2019t cameras, I can\u2019t even imagine what other people say.\u201d<\/p>\n
