The analyst believes that EXC\u2019s utility will be held back by the political and regulatory \u2018noise\u2019 in its key states, in addition to its below-average earnings growth of 5%-7%. Wolfe expects the utility\u2019s 2026 guidance to be in line with forecasts.<\/p>\n Exelon Corporation (NASDAQ:EXC) received a setback also on January 22 when Barclays analyst Nicholas Campanella lowered the firm\u2019s price target on the stock from $52 to $50, but maintained an \u2018Overweight\u2019 rating on the shares.
