\n\tGarcelle Beauvais is opening up about a recent LAPD swatting incident at her home. <\/p>\n
\n\tThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> alum slammed the practice of making a prank call to emergency services as \u201cdangerous\u201d and \u201cthe scariest thing I\u2019ve ever gone through\u201d after someone reported a shooting at her house on Sunday, Jan. 25.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cIt was 9:30 at night, I was in my pajamas,\u201d she recalled on Good Morning America<\/em>. \u201cI had a beautiful day, I mean just peaceful, my kids were out of the house, luckily. Next thing I know, helicopters over my house, cops swarm my street, bull horns telling me to \u2018come out of the house.\u2019 I came outside and there were weapons and weapons, rifles pointing at me. The cops were calling me to come to them, and my hands are up, and I\u2019m screaming, \u2018I\u2019m alone, I\u2019m the homeowner.’\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tBeauvais continued, \u201cI kept saying, \u2018why am I being handcuffed I haven\u2019t done anything,’\u201d noting they told her, \u201cit\u2019s protocol.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tUltimately, LAPD told ABC News they \u201cfound no evidence of a shooting,\u201d and confirmed that a \u201cswatting report was completed.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tNoting she\u2019s had \u201ca lot of love and support\u201d since the incident, Beauvais cautioned, \u201cFor kids or whomever think that swatting is funny, it is dangerous. It is wasteful of the police\u2019s time and so scary. I\u2019m just so happy my boys weren\u2019t home.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
