The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday that the investment plans had stalled after some inside Nvidia expressed doubts about the deal.<\/p>\n According to the September announcement, the $100 billion was meant to support new data centers and other AI infrastructure, built with Nvidia components. They were aiming for 10 gigawatts\u2019 worth of computing power \u2014 equivalent to the peak electricity demand of New York City.<\/p>\n OpenAI has been seeking to raise as much as $100 billion in its current funding round.
