RENTON, Wash. \u2014 The Seattle Seahawks placed Sam Darnold on their injury report with an oblique injury on Thursday, listing their starting quarterback as questionable for Saturday\u2019s NFC divisional showdown against the San Francisco 49ers.<\/p>\n

Darnold said he felt something in his oblique during Thursday\u2019s practice.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn routes on air, kind of felt something in my oblique,\u201d Darnold said. \u201cDidn\u2019t want to push it. Wasn\u2019t the day to push it. That was it. Just came inside, got some rehab. Feel like I\u2019ll be ready to go for Saturday.\u201d<\/p>\n

Asked about the likelihood he would miss the matchup against the 49ers in Seattle, Darnold said, \u201cVery low percentage. Probably closer to zero.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added that he would continue to receive treatment up until Saturday\u2019s game. \u201cYeah, we\u2019ll be getting some treatment but, like I said, I feel really confident about going on Saturday.\u201d<\/p>\n

In his first season in Seattle, the 28-year-old Darnold passed for 4,048 yards with 25 touchdowns and 14 interceptions while helping the Seahawks to a 14-3 record and the NFC\u2019s top playoff seed.<\/p>\n

The Seahawks and 49ers (12-5) split their regular-season matchups. San Francisco won 17-13 in Week 1 in Seattle, and the Seahawks won 13-3 in Week 18 in the Bay Area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
