The new Bachelorette, Taylor Frankie Paul<\/strong>, is getting candid about the ways she\u2019s learned to navigate her mental health challenges.<\/p>\n

\u201cHearing someone say, \u2018I\u2019m struggling with my mental health,\u2019 and I just listen as if I don\u2019t know ball,\u201d Paul, 31, wrote via Instagram on Friday, January 30, debunking the speculation by sharing all the ways she prioritizes her well-being.<\/p>\n

Paul revealed that she\u2019s tried equine therapy, \u201csafe and sound protocol,\u201d art therapy, working out, message therapy, trauma yoga, sound baths, prayer, psych ed, red light therapy, reading self-help books, listening to inspirational podcasts and \u201cgrounding\u201d herself.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrust me I know ball, however if I\u2019ve learned anything, it\u2019s that more often than not, people just want to be heard,\u201d she captioned her post. \u201cIt\u2019s also important to validate yourself in whatever you may be feeling or it just gets louder.\u201d<\/p>\n

The series began production amid the aftermath of a 2022 soft-swinging sex scandal involving Taylor [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Paul continued, \u201cForever grateful for the knowledge and tools I was taught by these amazing people even if I don\u2019t always utilize it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality TV personality further explained that she doesn\u2019t complete all of the therapies \u201con a regular basis.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve trialed and learned,\u201d she added. \u201cI do what I can when I can.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paul rose to fame in 2022 as a popular \u201cMomTok\u201d influencer, landing a spot on Hulu\u2019s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives <\/i>after confessing her involvement in a \u201csoft-swinging\u201d scandal. After three seasons of Mormon Wives, <\/i>Paul was named the next Bachelorette.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m most looking forward to is meeting a handful of people that are outside my bubble,\u201d Paul exclusively told Us Weekly <\/i>in September 2025. \u201cI\u2019m just excited to get to know different perspectives and new parts about myself, too.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor, who shares two kids with ex-husband Tate Paul<\/strong> and son Ever with ex Dakota Mortensen<\/strong>, further told Us <\/i>that getting engaged was her \u201cgoal\u201d this season.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs my mom likes to say, I do fall in love quickly, and that\u2019s also the reason I did it,\u201d she said. \u201cI always call myself a lover girl because I, like, fall for people and I have done that in the past. Obviously, I got married young, and the first guy I dated was my second baby daddy \u2014 so it was just very quick, and this time, it\u2019s going to be really cool because \u2026 I\u2019m about to date, you know, 20 [or] 30 guys, and I\u2019ve never done that before. I\u2019m going to take my time, I\u2019m going to kind of, like, get to know people. Maybe I learned things I didn\u2019t like or do like that I didn\u2019t even know. So I think this is gonna be really good for the long-term effect.\u201d<\/p>\n
