It\u2019s a balanced meal that is ready in minutes. Combine precooked chicken (or leftover chicken), white beans, spinach, tomato, cheese and basil \u2014 then wrap, roll and go.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18.6666660308838px;line-height: 28px\"><b>Tuscan Chicken Salad Wrap<\/b><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4 oz. precooked or leftover chicken breasts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 cup white beans, drained and rinsed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 fresh basil leaves, chopped (or 1\/2 teaspoon dried basil)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 medium lemon, juiced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp plain 2% Greek yogurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt and pepper, to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc cup baby spinach<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 medium cherry tomatoes, sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 large (10-inch) whole-wheat flour tortilla<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reheat leftover chicken, if desired. Once warm, chop chicken into bite-size pieces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a small bowl, add chicken, white beans, basil, cheese, lemon juice and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Layer spinach and tomatoes on the tortilla, then add chicken mixture. Fold both sides of the tortilla toward the center until the edges almost touch. Tightly fold the lower half of the tortilla up over the fillings. Continue rolling tightly upward, tucking in the left and right sides as you go.
