Italians were already protesting the presence of Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Olympics, even though the controversial agency wasn\u2019t conducting immigration operations. International anger had also built over Trump administration policies, including threats to take Greenland by force and tariffs that alienated allies.<\/p>\n
