The company\u2019s revenue increased 12.1% year-over-year to $19.7 billion and successfully surpassed Wall Street estimates. Moreover, its adjusted EPS amounted to $4.52, also beating Street\u2019s estimates by 4.4%.<\/p>\n For the current year, ending in December 2026, analysts expect IBM\u2019s EPS to rise 6.6% YoY to $12.35 on a diluted basis. The company\u2019s earnings surprise history is good. It surpassed the consensus estimate in each of the last four quarters.<\/p>\n Among the 22 analysts covering IBM stock, the consensus is a \u201cModerate Buy.\u201d That\u2019s based on 10 \u201cStrong Buy\u201d ratings, two \u201cModerate buys,\u201d\u00a0eight \u201cHolds, and two \u201cStrong Sells.\u201d<\/p>\n The configuration has become slightly more bullish in recent months, with the stock now carrying 10 \u201cStrong Buy\u201d ratings, up from 9 two months ago.<\/p>\n On Jan. 29, Jefferies analyst Brent Thill maintained a \u201cBuy\u201d rating for IBM stock and set a price target of $370.<\/p>\n IBM\u2019s mean price target of $319.67 suggests upside potential of 6.9% from the current market prices.
