While surgery can get rid of your chronic pain, it usually means you\u2019ll never be the same again.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Everyone should strive to avoid any type of joint surgery on their body, so let\u2019s explore some of the best tips to reduce hip pain once and for all.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Strengthen &amp; Mobilize Your Hips<\/h2>\n<p>Strength training and mobilization are both crucial for improving your health &amp; quality of life, especially when it comes to your hips. You need to focus on two things to build bulletproof hip joints that don\u2019t hurt all the time and are less prone to problems:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mobilize The Hip Joint:<\/strong> This involves stretching and moving the hip so it can perform all of the things mentioned above without any pain or pinching sensations.
