Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong> has revealed that she quit drinking alcohol nearly three years ago.<\/p>\n

\u201cFancy Friday,\u201d Kourtney, 46, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Friday, January 16, sharing footage of an activation for sister Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong>\u2019s Khloud protein popcorn brand. \u201c[I] def told them I haven\u2019t drank alcohol in three years!\u201d<\/p>\n

In Kourtney\u2019s footage, a Khloud spokesperson offered her a \u201cpop of luxury\u201d featuring a sample of Khloud\u2019s newest flavor and a gin-inspired mocktail.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a little gin mocktail with Ritual [zero-proof] gin,\u201d the rep explained. \u201cCheers.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKourtney Kardashian is opening up about her emotional journey to get pregnant with her son Rocky. Kardashian, 45, who shares Rocky with her husband, Travis Barker, shared words of wisdom on Monday, May 27, with an Instagram follower who detailed their struggles with IVF. \u201cHad 6 failed IVFs \u2013 how did u find the strength [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kourtney initially stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine when she and her husband, Travis Barker<\/strong>, underwent in vitro fertilization to conceive a baby.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did this [Panchakarma] cleanse 10 years ago. I kept telling Travis about this and this is the one thing that we haven\u2019t tried that he\u2019s heard me talk about,\u201d Kourtney said on a 2022 episode of The Kardashians. <\/i>\u201cI\u2019m on so much estrogen right now, that on top of not having sex with you, or not having caffeine, if my moods take a turn, that\u2019s why.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cAfter the pre-cleanse, we will do a seven-day cleanse, where we will go to her spa every day, and we go for like four hours a day. I\u2019m super grateful that Travis is doing this with me. I don\u2019t think I could do it on my own. I just feel like it\u2019s something we have to do together. We\u2019re making a baby together, we have to be on the same page.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Kourtney\u2019s IVF cycles failed, she and Barker, now 50, eventually conceived son Rocky without any medical intervention. (Kourtney and the Blink-182 drummer each have three children from past relationships.)<\/p>\n

\u201cThis time, unlike the other three, I was followed by a different group of doctors, who gave me many restrictions in the first months,\u201d Kourtney told Vanity Fair Italia <\/i>in a 2023 profile. \u201cNo workouts, no Pilates, no caffeine and no plane trips. Even no sex!\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cI think all this caution made me a little afraid because, in the past, I never had to be so careful. It took me a while to let go of the fear.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kourtney further told the outlet that she felt \u201cpushed\u201d to try IVF after many loved ones claimed it would be the couple\u2019s \u201conly option\u201d to have a baby.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKourtney Kardashian subtly shot down online speculation \u2014 again \u2014 that she is pregnant with another baby. \u201cRumors have it that you\u2019re pregnant, Kourtney,\u201d a social media user commented on Kardashian\u2019s Friday, August 8, Instagram carousel of her family trip to Idaho. The Lemme founder, 46, responded in the comments section, coyly denying the claims. [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThe truth is, I felt like I was doing something that wasn\u2019t right for me,\u201d she told Vanity Fair<\/i>. \u201cMy intuition was telling me that it wasn\u2019t suitable for me. I don\u2019t even take medicine, [so] imagine that it was working against my body rather than for it.\u201d<\/p>\n
