Lamar Odom<\/strong> has been arrested in Las Vegas on multiple charges.<\/p>\n

Odom, 43, was booked on Saturday, January 17, for allegedly driving under the influence, speeding and executing an improper lane change, according to an arrest record viewed by Us Weekly.<\/i><\/p>\n

TMZ, the first to report the news, also claimed that Odom was allegedly driving 40 miles over the speed limit and struggled to maintain his lane position prior to his arrest.<\/p>\n

The NBA alum has been granted bail, per jail records, and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, March 17. Us Weekly<\/i> has reached out to a rep for Odom for comment.<\/p>\n

Odom has been candid about his struggles with alcoholism and addiction.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m pretty sure I\u2019m probably still dealing with [childhood trauma],\u201d Odom previously told Us <\/i>in 2019 of what led to his addiction battle. \u201cWe take a 12-year-old and take his mother away from him, I mean, those are words that are still healing \u2014 if they\u2019re ever healed then I\u2019m lucky. I\u2019m just here to give testimony that it\u2019s worth living.\u201d<\/p>\n

Odom started experimenting with using drugs, including cocaine, amid his short-lived marriage to Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong>. He suffered an overdose at a legal brothel in Las Vegas in 2015 and was left comatose amid the then-couple\u2019s separation. Kardashian, 41, withdrew her divorce petition while taking on the responsibility of Odom\u2019s caregiver.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was home by myself. Bored. I wanted to get out and have a good time,\u201d he recalled to Us <\/i>in 2017. \u201cLooking back, I might have had a drink to get the mood started, but was I drunk or on drugs? Not at all. I remember lying in bed. Two women were in bed and then I fell asleep. That\u2019s all. When I woke up four days later, I was trying to pull the tubes out of my mouth.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Odom, he was surprised to find Kardashian at his bedside when he gained consciousness.<\/p>\n
