iCapital struck a partnership to integrate its alternative investment platform with Aladdin Wealth, BlackRock\u2019s proprietary tech platform that provides portfolio analytics for wealth managers, the firms announced. <\/p>\n
Aladdin Wealth users will now be able to access alternative investments on their firm\u2019s product shelf, as well as initiate subscriptions and redemptions, and track status updates through the platform.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re excited to partner with Aladdin Wealth to bring iCapital\u2019s alternatives technology platform to key advisor processes, ensuring advisors have the tools to integrate alternatives into client portfolios,\u201d said Lawrence Calcano, chairman and CEO of iCapital, in a statement. \u201cThis partnership provides a connected and scalable framework for portfolio construction and oversight, improving efficiency and supporting more personalized client outcomes.\u201d<\/p>\n
In 2024, BlackRock partnered with iCapital and TAMP GeoWealth to launch its custom public-private model portfolios through its UMA. iCapital\u2019s technology is supporting the custom platform experience for RIAs using the models.<\/p>\n
According to Ted Stratigos, global head at Aladdin Wealth, \u201cThis integration with iCapital will extend Aladdin Wealth\u2019s capabilities by connecting advisors more directly to alternative investments, supported by the same data, analytics, risk management, and portfolio workflows they rely on across their business.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
