ZeroStack Inks $107M Deal for 21% of 0G Token Supply <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Asset management firm\u00a0ZeroStack\u00a0(NASDAQ: $ZSTK) said Tuesday that it agreed to make a massive $107 Million commitment to increase its position in the 0G token ecosystem.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Once closed, the company is expected to\u00a0hold approximately 21% of the total 0G (CRYPTO: $0G) token supply, marking one of the largest institutional positions in a\u00a0decentralized AI protocal\u00a0to date.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To faciliate the transaction, ZeroStack says it formed a Texas company\u00a0called Texas Blocker Corp., which recevied\u00a0an aggregate of 142,232,948 native 0G tokens\u00a0from investors valued at $107 million. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“When a public company makes a $107 million, 21% supply-level commitment to a single protocol, it sends an unambiguous signal to the market: decentralized AI infrastructure is real, it is investable, and 0G is leading it,” said Michael Heinrich, CEO of 0G.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0deal, which is expected to close\u00a0in early July will see Texas Blocker become a subsidury of ZeroStack,\u00a0the first Nasdaq-listed vehicle offering concentrated, liquid exposure to the 0G protocol. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The transaction also\u00a0settles\u00a0a previously outstanding token-denominated convertible note, leaving the company debt-free with plans to\u00a0generate recurring staking income from its\u00a0massive 0G position.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The 0G token is listed on major global exchanges including Binance and OKX and trades around 52 cents.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shares of ZeroStack are trading at $5.62 on the Nasdaq stock exchange.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
