Nevin\u2019s tenure with ChristianaCare\u00a0dates back to 2002,\u00a0through a series of leadership roles before she was named president and CEO in 2014.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Her successor will be Jenn Schwartz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Schwartz was promoted to executive vice president of\u00a0ChristianaCare\u00a0in January after previously serving as both chief strategy officer and legal officer, according to the system.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"relative mb-4\">\n<div class=\"relative\"><img alt=\"Dr. Janice Nevin, ChristianaCare's CEO and president since 2014, is retiring on Sept. 1, 2026.
