The update came as part of the firm\u2019s Q1 preview for the pharmaceuticals and biotechnology group, where it adjusted its targets.<\/p>\n During its Q4 2025 earnings call, Pfizer stuck with its 2026 outlook. It expects revenue to land between $59.5 billion and $62.5 billion. Adjusted diluted EPS is still projected in the range of $2.80 to $3.00 for the year. CFO David Denton said COVID-related products will decline further in 2026, with revenue expected at around $5 billion. He noted that the non-COVID portfolio should hold steady, though it includes an estimated $1.5 billion headwind from products facing generic competition.<\/p>\n He added that, at the midpoint of guidance, revenue excluding COVID products and those impacted by loss of exclusivity is expected to grow roughly 4% on an operational basis compared to last year.
