\n\tSandra Bullock is one of several Hollywood stars embracing the use of artificial intelligence in the industry.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Oscar winner recently stressed that her fellow movie and TV professionals \u201chave to lean into\u201d this wave of AI in the industry, as she reacted to fans\u2019 AI-generated trailers for Practical Magic 2<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWell, there could be worse with my image. Sorry,\u201d she joked at the CNBC Changemakers Summit. \u201cBut it\u2019s here. We have to observe it. We have to understand it. We have to lean into it. We have to use it in a really constructive and creative way, make it our friend.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBullock continued, \u201cWe have to be incredibly cautious and aware of it because there are people who will use it for evil and not good. I do feel that there\u2019s a place for it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWarner Bros Motion Pictures Co-Chair and CEO Pam Abdy was also reluctantly embracing of the fan videos. \u201cI know it\u2019s not great, but its also exciting. Because that means that there\u2019s a desire for it and that means that people want to come and play with the movie,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe use of AI in Hollywood continues to be a hot-button topic. Meanwhile, SAG-AFTRA has endorsed the Trump administration\u2019s AI policy framework, which calls for Congress to enact legislation that includes parental controls, intellectual property rights protection, First Amendment protections, expanding AI workforce development, allowing data centers to generate their own power, and removing legal barriers that limit AI innovation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
