Brittany Cartwright <\/b>is setting the record straight on the cosmetic procedures she\u2019s had done during her \u201cmommy makeover\u201d \u2014 and what she\u2019s open to down the line.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t really have anything set in stone that I want to do next, but I\u2019m an open book,\u201d Cartwright, 37, exclusively told Us Weekly <\/i>on Wednesday, April 15, while promoting The Valley <\/i>season 3. \u201c[I had my] second boob job on camera, so anything I do, the world will know about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cartwright gave birth to son Cruz<\/span> in April 2021, undergoing a \u201cmommy makeover\u201d nearly four years later. The reality star opted for a breast augmentation and tummy tuck in 2025, later revealing on her \u201cWhen Reality Hits\u201d podcast that she had diastasis recti, a condition where the abdominal muscles separate, as well as \u201cstretch marks\u201d and a \u201cshelf.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI did not get a nose job. I did not get fillers in my face, like everyone thinks,\u201d she told Us.<\/i> \u201cIf I did, I would tell you.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Valley <\/i>star went under the knife amid her separation from estranged husband Jax Taylor. <\/b>(Cartwright and Taylor, 46, have yet to finalize their divorce and currently share custody of Cruz, 5.)<\/p>\n

\u201cCoparenting is not easy. We still have our issues, but Cruz does not see any of that,\u201d Cartwright added to Us <\/i>of her dynamic with Taylor. \u201cThere\u2019s no toxic anything in front of him, no arguments, nothing like that. Cruz comes first to both of us. I love him, his dad loves him, so he\u2019s always gonna come first, no matter what, and he\u2019s just thriving right now, and I\u2019m so proud of him.\u201d<\/p>\n
