Georgie and Mandy\u2019s First Marriage<\/em> centers around an age-gap romance \u2014 but do stars Emily Osment<\/strong> and Montana Jordan<\/strong> feel the years between them?<\/p>\n

\u201cNot really, to be honest,\u201d Osment, 34, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> at CBS Fest on Wednesday, April 15. \u201cThere\u2019s a few TV shows that he doesn\u2019t know about but other than that, it\u2019s kind of it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Osment pointed out that her onscreen husband is mature \u2014 and it helps that he is already a dad at 23. While looking ahead at the second half of season 2, Osment teased where Georgie and Mandy\u2019s relationship could end up.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey really love each other. There\u2019s no doubt about that,\u201d she noted. \u201cAnd I think it\u2019s pretty clear that they have really great chemistry, and you want them to work. We\u2019re all hoping that the first marriage is the same to people as the second and third [marriage].\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cJust personally, I hope it takes them a really long time to get there,\u201d Osment exclusively told Us<\/em> in December 2025 about her hope for the hit CBS show. \u201cHence the title, everybody knows that that\u2019s coming at some point \u2014 and it keeps people watching a little longer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Osment prefers a lengthy build-up, adding, \u201cPersonally, for me, I\u2019d like to see it have some legs before they break up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite also being \u201cworried\u201d about the fictional couple\u2019s future, Osment chose to focus on the positive, adding, \u201cI am saying this [based on] nothing at all. We get the scripts about 12 hours before we read it at the table. So we have no idea what\u2019s coming down the pipeline ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

Osment acknowledged at the time that Georgie and Mandy\u2019s age gap could play a role in their marriage falling apart. \u201cWe can maybe assume it\u2019s because of the age difference. It could be that and a whole bundle of other stuff,\u201d she noted.<\/p>\n
