Italy striker Kean is having a hard time on and off the pitch, not just because he\u2019s missed the last few games at\u00a0the club level due to a tibia injury, but also because of an ugly\u00a0brawl with a content creator that went<\/span>\u00a0viral in Italy this week.<\/p>\n \u201cThere are things people talk about without knowing the real conditions,\u201d his brother Giovanni said on Twitch via TMW.<\/p>\n \u201cMoise\u2019s tibia is in really bad condition.
