Deadline can confirm the streamer is in negotiations with Hackman Capital Partners to buy Radford Studio Center in Studio City. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tA source close to the situation calls it \u201ca great opportunity\u201d for Netflix, \u201cat the right price.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe streamer\u2019s Bronson lease is up later this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe 22-stage Radford campus is nearly 100 years old and has hosted the likes of \u201cSeinfeld,\u201d \u201cThe Mary Tyler Moore Show,\u201d \u201cThat \u201970s Show\u201d and, much farther back, the likes of Charlie Chaplin and Buste Keaton when it was the Mack Sennett Studio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tMore recently the property, then known as CBS Studio Center, had been owned by Viacom. In 2021, it was sold to Hackman Capital Partners and Square Mile Capital Management for $1.85\u00a0billion.
