\n\tReleased by AMC Global Media and Lakeshore Records, the third official single from AMC\u2019s The Vampire Lestat,<\/em> starring Reid as Lestat, joins the recently released \u201cAll Fall Down,\u201d which plays behind the opening titles, and \u201cLong Face,\u201d both with original music and lyrics by Daniel Hart and performed by Reid. <\/p>\n \n\tThe latest chapter in Rice\u2019s Immortal Universe follows Reid\u2019s Lestat as the world\u2019s first immortal rock star on an electric multi-city tour, while he\u2019s haunted by \u201cmuses\u201d from his rebellious past. As his band\u2019s popularity and star power rise, so does Lestat\u2019s influence over vampires and humans alike, leaving others to contend with Lestat\u2019s power in the face of the Great Conversion, an unnatural surge in the vampire population.<\/p>\n \n\tThe latest trailer for the latest installment features Lestat performing \u201cDancing With Myself.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe Vampire Lestat\u00a0<\/em>is technically the third season of\u00a0Interview with the Vampire<\/em>, which was renamed in honor of the book title on which the season is based.<\/p>\n \n\tRELATED: AMC\u2019s \u2018The Vampire Lestat\u2019 Adds To Cast For Season 3<\/strong><\/p>\n \n\tHart and showrunner Rolin Jones have been collaborating on Interview with the Vampire<\/em> since 2021. Season 3 puts Hart\u2019s music front and center. He and Jones worked side by side in the writers room this year \u2014 with Hart co-writing one of the episodes \u2014 writing over 20 songs for the Vampire Lestat to sing.\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tHart\u2019s musical career started on the road, as a hired gun for bands such as St. Vincent, Broken Social Scene, Other Lives, and The Polyphonic Spree. He has also fronted his own band, Dark Rooms, since 2013. Hart also is the Musical Director for the onscreen band in Season 3 which Lestat fronts.<\/p>\n \n\tThe Vampire Lestat <\/em>is executive produced by Mark Johnson, creator, writer and showrunner Rolin Jones, Hannah Moscovitch, along with Christopher Rice and the late Anne Rice.<\/p>\n
