\n\tThe world can\u2019t have enough Ted <\/em>content, as far as Seth MacFarlane is concerned. <\/p>\n \n\tThe uber-producer revealed at Saturday\u2019s Ted <\/em>panel at Deadline Contenders TV that he has flirted with the idea of making a Ted<\/em> movie for Peacock, in addition to wanting to make a third season of the live-action series that co-stars Alana Ubach. There\u2019s also an animated version of Ted<\/em> that remains in the works for the platform.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cIt really is up to to Peacock with their, you know, vast amounts of big Scrooge McDuck money that they dive into every day,\u201d said MacFarlane, who has said in the past that he\u2019s not sure Peacock will want to bankroll another season of the series. \u201cI think all of us, in some form or another, whether it\u2019s a Season 3 of Ted <\/em>or a direct-to-Peacock feature with this cast, is something I think we\u2019d all be up for. It\u2019s all on the table.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tAdded Ubach, who joined MacFarlane onstage Saturday.\u201dThe wonderful thing about a character-driven show is that the possibilities are endless, right?\u201d <\/p>\n \n\tRELATED: <\/strong>Full Coverage Of Deadline\u2019s Contenders TV Event<\/strong><\/p>\n \n\tWhen asked about the upcoming animated series, MacFarlane reminded the audience that the original 2012 movie that starred Mark Wahlberg started out as an animated pitch before becoming a hit flick. <\/p>\n \n\t\u201cIt\u2019s only fitting that it all comes back around to the animated show, the first season of which is getting close to completion as far as the production cycle,\u201d MacFarlane said of the new iteration from executive producers Paul Corrigan and Brad Walsh. \u201cIt takes place after the events of the last movie. So it\u2019s Mark Wahlberg, Amanda Seyfried, Jessica Barth \u2026 all the folks from the original films. And it\u2019s really funny. They\u2019ve just done a phenomenal job. It\u2019s joyful, at this point in my career, to get something off the ground and then watch it take shape under different stewardship.
