It\u2019s been a quarter of a century since the first Jackass movie arrived, and the new trailer is filled with some classics anyone will be familiar with, including shots to the balls and gross-out stunts with porta-potties.<\/p>\n<p>But you\u2019ll also notice one thing that wouldn\u2019t have been possible 25 years ago: humanoid robots are getting in on the action.<\/p>\n<p>The trailer, which is available on YouTube, explains that this installment, the fifth Jackass movie, will be the final one.<\/p>\n<div class=\"not-prose video-container\"><noscript><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"jackass: best and last | Official Trailer (2026 Movie)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/sNwzFhGwA94?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/noscript><\/div>\n<p>Knoxville, who\u2019s 55 years old, has gotten emotional recently talking about the stunts he\u2019s no longer able to physically pull off. So it makes sense that they\u2019d bring out a robot who might be able to help with some stunts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, after all the concussions, I can\u2019t do [those stunts] anymore,\u201d Knoxville recently told Rolling Stone, adding, \u201cI realize it\u2019s not the healthiest thing. So I can look at that now, as opposed to not wanting to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the gang clearly doesn\u2019t walk away unscathed. In the trailer, we see Knoxville hit in the nuts, and Steve-O apparently receives a prostate exam from the robot.<\/p>\n<p>The robot is branded with Robostore on its front and appears to be made by the Chinese company Unitree. The company\u2019s humanoid robots retail between $18,000 and $100,000 and have gotten a lot of attention this year as they keep racking up milestones. Now, a Unitree robot is the first non-human member of the Jackass crew.<\/p>\n<p>The trailer really leans into nostalgia, just as Knoxville himself has in recent interviews. It has to be tough to be in such a physically demanding line of work as you age. Knoxville\u2019s pal Dave England lost part of his finger shooting this movie, officially known as <em>Jackass: Best and Last<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>What else does the Jackass crew get up to in this one? We\u2019ll have to wait for June to find out. But obviously, we\u2019re excited to see if the robot gets put through its paces.
