A judge has lifted the no contact order against Kendra Duggar<\/strong> and she is now able to reunite with the unnamed victims per their request, Us Weekly<\/em> can confirm.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Us<\/em>, Kendra, 27, entered a not guilty plea on Thursday, April 23, in her case against the State of Arkansas. Kendra\u2019s lawyer submitted a motion to dissolve the no contact order against the unnamed victims \u2014 which was placed in March \u2014 on April 17.<\/p>\n

The docs claimed the alleged victims \u201chave expressed a desire to have contact\u201d with her as she \u201ccomplied\u201d with the order\u2019s terms.<\/p>\n

That same day, a judge signed off on the request and dissolved the order.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJoseph Duggar\u2019s release from jail has come with stipulations amid his child molestation case. Duggar, 31, has been ordered to have \u201cno contact with the victim,\u201d who accused him of sexually abusing her when she was 9 years old, according to online records viewed by Us Weekly on Wednesday, April 1. Additionally, he cannot have [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt is further ordered that the Arkansas Department of Human Services is authorized to supervise, communicate and facilitate reunification between the Defendant and the individuals previously covered in the no contact order,\u201d read the judge\u2019s ruling.<\/p>\n

TMZ was first to report the news.<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> has reached out to Kendra\u2019s lawyer for comment.<\/p>\n

Last month, Kendra was arrested days after husband Joseph Duggar<\/strong> was taken into custody on molestation charges. (Joseph was accused of sexual abuse from a teen girl who was 9 years old at the time of the alleged incident. He has since pleaded not guilty and released after posting a $600,000 bond.)<\/p>\n

Both Kendra and Joseph were charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and four counts of false imprisonment in the second degree. Kendra was released that same day on a $1,470 bond.<\/p>\n

Kendra\u2019s endangerment arrest is not related to Joseph\u2019s case. A spokesperson for the Duggar family told Us<\/em> in a statement, \u201c[Kendra\u2019s] is a misdemeanor charge totally unrelated to the Florida case.\u201d<\/p>\n

A source claimed to Us<\/em> that \u201cone precipitated the other.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter his charge, they automatically do a home study if minors live there. They came to her house,\u201d the insider said at the time. \u201cApparently, they had two rooms where the lock of the doorknob was on the outside instead of inside. They arrested her and took her kids for that, saying it\u2019s evidence that she wrongly detains her kids.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joseph and Kendra have since been reunited following his release from jail. The couple, who wed in 2017, share four children. Kendra\u2019s family broke their silence on Joseph\u2019s arrest earlier this month.<\/p>\n
