Katy Perry<\/strong>\u2018s \u201cTeenage Dream\u201d music video costar Josh Kloss<\/strong> said he endured \u201csilent trauma\u201d after she allegedly exposed his genitals at a 2012 party.<\/p>\n

\u201cSome people believe that if you\u2019re pulling people\u2019s pants down at a party, you\u2019re pranking them and it\u2019s normal,\u201d Kloss, 45, told Page Six<\/em> in an interview posted on Friday, April 24. \u201cShe had risen to complete success with the music video, everything was going well. \u2026 I freaked out [when she pulled my pants down and I said], \u2018What the f*** are you doing?\u2019 I freaked out and she laughed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Per Kloss, he hit it off with Perry when he played her love interest in the 2010 \u201cTeenage Dream\u201d music video and was invited to attend a birthday party for one of her associates two years later. Kloss alleged that when he greeted Perry with a friend outside the party, she pulled down his pants and underwear, exposing his genitals to other guests.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s kind of weird, right? When you\u2019re smitten by someone and then they reach out and they grab you or do something to you, that sometimes can be considered \u2014 from my generation \u2014 as flirtatious, as coming on to you,\u201d he recalled.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tA former manager at the Australian nightclub where Ruby Rose claims Katy Perry sexually assaulted her 16 years ago has weighed in on the situation. The former boss of Melbourne\u2019s Spice Market told the Herald Sun on Tuesday, April 14, that he remembered Perry, 41, and Rose, 40, arriving together at the hot spot on [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kloss told Page Six<\/em> that one of Perry\u2019s friends subsequently invited him to an after party because the singer \u201cwanted to talk to [him].\u201d He agreed to attend the bash despite feeling \u201cpissed off\u201d about what allegedly occurred earlier in the night.<\/p>\n

Kloss remembered speaking to Perry briefly at the after party but both were pulled away by their friends before they could discuss the alleged assault.<\/p>\n

Kloss initially came forward with his accusations via Instagram in August 2019. At the time, he allegedly faced pushback from some fans who said he should feel \u201cfortunate\u201d or \u201clucky.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe, who I should be grateful for, devalued and degraded me to the highest level in front of her closest peers. Why would I be grateful for that?\u201d he pointed out.<\/p>\n

Kloss said he expected Perry to reach out and apologize but she allegedly never did. In a 2020 Guardian<\/em> interview, Perry did not address Kloss\u2019s accusations directly but said \u201cwe live in a world where anyone can say anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t comment on all the things that are said about me because if I chase that dragon, it would be about true and false-ing my whole life. It\u2019s distracting from the real movement,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

While Kloss insisted that he\u2019s gotten over the alleged assault, he still struggles with Perry\u2019s fans doubting his account.<\/p>\n

\u201cPublicly, when I came out [with my story], I was releasing some of the resentment I had toward her,\u201d he said. \u201cI put that out into the world and two people in her inner-circle lied on me and pretended I was making it up. They called me \u2018obsessed.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

He also admitted in the Page Six<\/em> interview, \u201cPublicly, some of the hard part is seeing people not believe [me] \u2026 Victims are not believed. I don\u2019t call myself a victim but they aren\u2019t believed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> has reached out to Perry\u2019s spokesperson for comment.<\/p>\n

Perry has been embroiled in controversy since she was accused of historic sexual assault by Orange Is the New Black<\/em> star Ruby Rose<\/strong> earlier this month, On April 11, Rose reacted to Perry\u2019s social media posts about Coachella 2026 by publicly accusing the musician of sexually assaulting her at a Melbourne, Australia, club in 2010.<\/p>\n

\u201cKaty Perry sexual assaulted me at spice market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a shit what she thinks,\u201d Rose wrote via Threads at the time. \u201cAfter it I threw up on her. I told the story publicly but changed it to be a \u2018funny little drunk story\u2019 because I didn\u2019t know how else to handle it. Later she agreed to help me get my US visa. So I kept it a secret. But I DID tell yall she wasn\u2019t a good person. Instead I got attacked by.. Everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Threads user tried to make light of the situation by referencing Perry\u2019s 2008 breakthrough single \u201cI Kissed a Girl,\u201d only for Rose to clap back.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe didn\u2019t kiss me,\u201d Ruby clarified. \u201cShe saw me \u2018resting\u2019 on my best friends lap to avoid her and bent down, pulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face until my eyes snapped open and I projectile vomitted [SIC] on her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Perry\u2019s spokesperson strongly denied Rose\u2019s accusations in a statement to Us<\/em> on April 13.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous reckless lies,\u201d Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Rose initially said that she was \u201cnot interested in filing a report over\u201d the accusations, she did eventually speak to Melbourne police.<\/p>\n

\u201cLast update on this: As of this afternoon, I have finalized all of my reports,\u201d she explained via Threads on April 14. \u201cThis means I am no longer able to comment, repost, or talk publicly about any of those cases, or the individuals involved.\u201d<\/p>\n

The following day, Victoria Police in Australia confirmed that Rose\u2019s allegations were being formally investigated.<\/p>\n
