\n\tEXCLUSIVE: <\/strong>Wrenn Schmidt (For All Mankind<\/em>)\u00a0and Ellyn Jameson (Marshals<\/em>) have joined the series regular cast of the HBO Max pilot American Blue<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\tThey join the previously announced series regulars, led by Milo Ventimiglia as Brian \u201cMilk\u201d Milkovich; Kelly Jenrette as Meg Jackson, Carlito Olivero as Mike Ortiz, Onye Eme-Akwari as Darryl Andrews, Jess Gabor as Suze Dombrowski and Eddie Kaye Thomas as Sergeant Paul \u201cPJ\u201d Booker. Additional leads include Paulina\u00a0Olszynski\u00a0as Lisa \u2018Matty\u2019 Matichak, Algee Smith\u00a0as Andre Quick, Jeremy Bobb as Joe Bebar,<\/em>\u00a0Rich Sommer\u00a0as Ray Kaluza, and Jesse Garcia as Kevin Martinez.<\/p>\n \n\tSchmidt<\/strong> will play Lori Gillespie, a strong-willed, self-deprecating attorney. She is Milk\u2019s ex-wife and mom to their daughter, Talia.\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tJameson<\/strong> will play Erin \u2018Oz\u2019 Ostrowski, a fast-rising JPD tactical officer facing the first true reckoning of her career.\u00a0<\/p>\n \n\tThe one-hour drama\u00a0American Blue<\/em>\u00a0follows native son Brian \u201cMilk\u201d Milkovich (Ventimiglia), who returns to his hometown of Joliet, IL, to rescue a beleaguered police force while seeking redemption of his own.<\/p>\n \n\tWe\u00a0exclusively announced the project was in the works\u00a0back in January. The HBO Max cop drama hails from Jeremy Carver (Supernatural<\/em>) and Warner Bros Television, where Carver is under an overall deal.\u00a0David Ayer will direct the pilot.<\/p>\n \n\tCarver writes and executive produces alongside Brian Udovich, Neil Reynolds, and Ayer. Ventimiglia co-executive produces, with his longtime producing partner, Russ Cundiff, who will produce. Warner Bros Television is the studio for the one-hour drama pilot.<\/p>\n \n\tSchmidt is repped by Greenlight Management, Innovative Artists, and Peikoff Mahan.<\/p>\n \n\tJameson is repped by Trademark Talent and CESD.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
