Some of Darrell Sheets<\/strong>\u2019 Storage Wars<\/em> costars are willing to help with his funeral costs after the reality star reportedly died by suicide, Us Weekly<\/em> can exclusively reveal.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Darrell\u2019s family] might just do something small and quaint and easy for them. I know that we would all chip in and help and try to make it right for them if they had anything else in mind that they would want to do,\u201d Dan Dotson<\/strong> told U<\/em>s on Tuesday, April 28.<\/p>\n

According to Dan, 63, he and his wife, Laura Dotson<\/strong>, have already spoken to their Storage Wars<\/em> costar Rene Nezhoda<\/strong> about the offer.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just kind of talked about it a little bit [with Rene],\u201d Dan said. \u201cI\u2019m sure the cast would be all good with [pitching in for funeral costs], and I\u2019m sure production would be good, and the network would be good with doing something if they could just figure out what that something is.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dan explained that the first order of business is trying to \u201cfigure out what the family wants, and then try to fit in and around that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Like fans, Dan is hoping for answers about Sheets\u2019 final sendoff.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know that the public would love to know, [and] a lot of his fans would like to participate and show their respect. I just wish I had answers,\u201d he told Us<\/em>. \u201cI\u2019ve had a lot of his fans reach out wondering what the heck\u2019s going on, and it seems like there\u2019s a lot more than what meets the eye.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sheets died at age 67 after an apparent suicide on Wednesday, April 22, in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, a spokesperson for the Lake Havasu City Police Department confirmed to Us<\/em>.<\/p>\n

An official cause of death has not been confirmed.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tStorage Wars stars Laura and Dan Dotson have claimed that Darrell Sheets feared for his life due to alleged cyberbullying before his death. \u201cHis family told us that this has been happening for three years,\u201d Laura, 57, exclusively tells Us Weekly. \u201c[It happens to] even strong men that you think aren\u2019t gonna get their feelings [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Both Dan and Laura, 57, worked with Sheets on Storage Wars<\/em> before his retirement from the A&E reality series in 2023.<\/p>\n

Before his death, Sheets had spoken out about being allegedly cyberbullied. Laura exclusively told Us<\/em> that Sheets feared for his life over the alleged online harassment.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis family told us that this has been happening for three years,\u201d she shared on April 24. \u201c[It happens to] even strong men that you think aren\u2019t gonna get their feelings hurt. Cyberbullying is a real thing. This made him feel less than, and it really obviously bothered him. He was terrified for his life [and] for the people around him. He didn\u2019t know why he was being targeted.\u201d<\/p>\n

Storage Wars<\/em> star Dusty Riach<\/strong> recalled one of Sheets\u2019 last known interactions, in which he accepted a lowball offer on several items he was selling. Riach noted that it was not like Sheets.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think Daryl was asking $125,000 and my friend gave him $50,000 [for an estate collection],\u201d Riach exclusively told Us<\/em> on April 26. \u201cFor him to ask that much and then my friend to offer him that \u2014 [without Darrell saying] give me $60,000, or like, pushing for an extra five grand \u2026 Darrell said yep, that\u2019s fine.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe cast of A&E\u2019s reality series Storage Wars has come together to mourn their late costar Darrell Sheets following his death at age 67 from suicide. Lake Havasu City, Arizona, police confirmed to Us Weekly on April 22 that officers responded to calls about a \u201creported deceased individual\u201d earlier in the day and subsequently \u201cpronounced [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cEven the last watch deal I did with Darrell, we were bickering over like, $50 with each other. So I would say this was 110 percent fully out of character for him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Riach recalled that after they learned about Sheets\u2019 death, the friend said \u201cit felt like he was tying up his affairs,\u201d adding that Sheets even called to ensure the check would clear.<\/p>\n
