\n\tAriana Grande has finally revealed that Petal<\/em> is the title of her new album set for release on July 31.<\/p>\n \n\tThe singer took to social media to share the cover art for her new album, which shows her smiling and looking blissful, with her hair on her face.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cSomething that is full of life and growing through the cracks of something cold and hard and challenging,\u201d reads the description of the album in the announcement.<\/p>\n \n\tGrande\u2019s eighth studio album will be released via Republic Records and was executive-produced and co-written by Grande and Ilya Salmanzadeh.<\/p>\n \n\tIlya <\/strong>also shared the artwork for Grande\u2019s album on Instagram, with the singer replying with a smiley emoticon.<\/p>\n \n\tGrande has been teasing her return to music after 2024\u2019s Eternal Sunshine<\/em> release. The singer had been focused on acting lately with Wicked<\/em>, Focker-In-Law<\/em> and American Horror Story<\/em> Season 13, set to release later this year.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cOf course, music will be in my life forever,\u201d she told The New York Times<\/em> about her future in music. \u201cI have to say that for my fans who are reading this who are going to have a heart attack.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe last time Grande toured was in 2019, and since then, she has reflected on her career as a pop star.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cThere was something broken about my relationship to pop music that was healed recently through the time away,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \n\tGrande\u2019s time away was spent on filming the Wicked<\/em> films under the direction of Jon M. Chu, in which she stars as Glinda opposite Cynthia Erivo.
