{"id":86824,"date":"2026-04-29T18:35:35","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T18:35:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diyhaven858.wasmer.app\/index.php\/anna-cathcart-talks-xo-kitty-future-likens-possible-cancelation-to-covid-graduation\/"},"modified":"2026-04-29T18:35:35","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T18:35:35","slug":"anna-cathcart-talks-xo-kitty-future-likens-possible-cancelation-to-covid-graduation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diyhaven858.wasmer.app\/index.php\/anna-cathcart-talks-xo-kitty-future-likens-possible-cancelation-to-covid-graduation\/","title":{"rendered":"Anna Cathcart Talks &#8216;XO, Kitty&#8217; Future, Likens Possible Cancelation to COVID Graduation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/media.justjaredjr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/anna-kitty.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong class=\"celebrity-tag-strong\">Anna Cathcart<\/strong> is opening up about the future of <em><strong>XO, Kitty<\/strong><\/em>! <\/p>\n<p>The 22-year-old star of the Netflix series stars in the latest third season of the <em>To All the Boys<\/em> spinoff, which launched on the streamer earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>This season ended on a bit of a cliffhanger, but has yet to be announced for a fourth season. <\/p>\n<p>In a new interview, <strong>Anna<\/strong> dished on the hopes for season four, as well as the possibility of the series being canceled before the characters graduate from KISS. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think I would love to do a season four and see them graduate and see what that end of the chapter looks like, because they\u2019re at winter break now in their senior year,\u201d she said on the<em> Zach Sang Show<\/em>. \u201cBut I do like how season three ends. I think it makes a lot of sense and I think it\u2019s cool to see Kitty happy and in a relationship and looking forward to this next chapter, because she\u2019s often always [motions franticly] and now she\u2019s happy. I love seeing her not in turmoil.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>She also teased what she\u2019d like to see in season four, even the possibility of moving some of the season to Kitty\u2019s hometown of Portland and filming where they shot the To All the Boys movies. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Will &quot;XO Kitty&quot; Get Season 4? Like, I would love that. I think they\u2019re headed to Portland at the end of the season. I think just the crazy otherworld type of scenario of just seeing Minho where the movies were shot, I think would be so special,\u201d <strong>Anna<\/strong> said. \u201cAnd like this is the couch Peter and Lara Jean sat on. Now, Kitty and Minho are sitting on it\u2026 Also just like Kitty\u2019s always understanding Minho and his world, but he doesn\u2019t get to see her world. He sees the world she built around him and the world that she built when she got t o Korea, but not her roots, and I think there\u2019s something very intimate about showing someone your hometown and where your elementary school is and all that kind of stuff. So, I think that\u2019d be very special.\u201d <\/p>\n<p><strong>Anna<\/strong> also spoke to the possibility of Netflix not renewing the show for a fourth season, likening that potential to graduating high school during COVID. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve never thought about that as a decision because it\u2019s not my decision. I could have to say goodbye to Kitty tomorrow if we get told we don\u2019t get a season four,\u201d she candidly shared. \u201cOr I could be told that we have multiple more seasons and I got to keep finding a way to want to be with her. So, it\u2019s not up to me. And it would feel like that,\u201d she added. \u201cLike it\u2019ll feel like the plug just got pulled randomly and now you don\u2019t get graduation. You don\u2019t get to say goodbye. You don\u2019t get the last time walking through the hallways and feeling nostalgic that like this is where you spent five years of your life. Like that\u2019s how high school felt. And I very much compared that in my mind of like if we don\u2019t get to season four, I think it\u2019ll be like that..<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI didn\u2019t know we had to say good bye. I never got to tie the bow and the ribbon and like write my little love letter to her. It\u2019s like it just all of a sudden, she disappears? That\u2019s crazy. But also like I get it,\u201d <strong>Anna<\/strong> continued. \u201cIt\u2019s been so many years of my life. I think that I don\u2019t know what\u2019s going to happen. And I think everything, there\u2019s reasons for whatever, whatever does end up happening. I respect and understand it. I think there\u2019s a lot of a lot that goes on behind the scenes that people don\u2019t realize of what goes into those decisions.
