Kyle Richards<\/strong>\u2019 daughter Sophia Umansky<\/strong> is going under the knife for a breast lift following her recent weight loss.<\/p>\n

Umansky, 26, and Richards, 57, documented their arrival at a surgery center in a video shared via Instagram on Wednesday, April 29. Richards explained that her daughter was getting the procedure done by the same surgeon who did her breast reduction in 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love him and respect him, and would not trust anyone else to do the surgery on my child,\u201d she told the camera. \u201cI am not a fan of implants. I never had implants. I still don\u2019t, and I\u2019m really excited that Sophia is not getting implants.\u201d<\/p>\n

The video then showed Umansky changing into scrubs, a shower cap and a robe as she waited for her doctor. She then took a pregnancy test, which Richards noted is standard procedure.<\/p>\n

\u201cI told her that we\u2019re either leaving with new boobs or a baby coming. So it\u2019s a win-win situation,\u201d Richards joked. (Umansky\u2019s test was negative.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKyle Richards\u2019 daughter Sophia Umansky is speaking out after facing backlash for using the weight loss drug Mounjaro. \u201cIf you\u2019re honest about things, people can\u2019t even judge you or hate on you because you said it yourself,\u201d Umansky, 25, shared in an interview with People published on Saturday, May 10. \u201cYou\u2019re the one that told [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Umansky also had \u201cbefore\u201d photos taken prior to heading off to surgery.<\/p>\n

Umansky previously shared her plans to get a breast lift in a TikTok video on Tuesday, April 28.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m getting my boobs done,\u201d she said, adding that she was \u201cso excited\u201d for the procedure.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m just getting a lift. I\u2019m not getting any implants or anything,\u201d the TV personality clarified.<\/p>\n

Umansky explained that she\u2019s been on Mounjaro, a GLP-1 injection, for the past year and \u201clost a ton of weight very rapidly.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd then I gained weight back. And then now I feel like I\u2019m starting to finally, like, balance out at, like, a perfect medium,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd as a result of my weight fluctuating, my girls are just not sitting where I want them to be sitting. They\u2019re, like, hanging real low, and I want them to be, like, up.\u201d<\/p>\n
