Newly released 911 audio from West Wilson<\/b>\u2019s cousin Dakota Sweeney<\/b>\u2019s arrest <\/b>reveals the moments police arrived on scene after he allegedly murdered his grandmother Gayle Wilson<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\u201cPossible shooting, stand by,\u201d a first responder said during a call obtained by TMZ<\/span> on Wednesday, April 29. \u201cWhat we\u2019re hearing is that it\u2019s possible [the] subject shot his mother-in-law. \u2026 We do not know, we were on the phone with a third person who was not there, and he disconnected the call.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly <\/i>confirmed earlier on Wednesday that Sweeney, 28, was arrested<\/span> for murder in the first degree and armed criminal action on April 22 in Carroll County, Missouri.<\/p>\n

\u201cOn April 22, 2026, at approximately 22:25 hours, Carroll County law enforcement officials were notified of a homicide,\u201d a probable cause statement obtained by Us <\/i>read. \u201cCarroll County Deputy Snyder<\/b> arrived at the residence a few minutes later where he located [the victim] deceased inside the residence.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSummer House star West Wilson\u2019s cousin Dakota Sweeney has been arrested and charged with the alleged murder of their grandmother Gayle Wilson, Us Weekly can confirm. Sweeney, 28, was arrested on April 22 in Carroll County, Missouri, for murder in the first degree and armed criminal action, according to a probable cause statement obtained by [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The police report indicated that Sweeney and his grandfather Roger Wilson <\/b>were present when law enforcement arrived on the scene, pronouncing Gayle <\/b>dead shortly after. She was 75. Roger told authorities that Sweeney allegedly shot Gayle with a handgun \u201cwithout warning.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAccording to [the] witness, earlier in the evening, Sweeney and [the] victim had been in a disagreement about Sweeney not assisting with chores around the residence,\u201d the statement read.<\/p>\n

Sweeney was taken into custody that same day, where he is being held without bail. (Us <\/i>reached out to Sweeney\u2019s public defender for comment.)<\/p>\n

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is currently investigating the incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the request of the Carrollton, MO Police Department, the Missouri State Highway Patrol\u2019s Division of Drug and Crime Control is investigating a homicide which occurred on Wednesday, April 22, 2026,\u201d a statement shared the next day read. \u201cSweeney is being held in the Caldwell County Jail on a no-bond warrant.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tA 29-year-old man called his father to share that his grandmother was dead, then later confessed to a deputy that he snapped her neck and stomped on her head, according to court documents. After his call to his father, Nicholas Ivey\u2019s dad phoned 911 to request a welfare check for his mother-in-law, 76-year-old Patricia Dibella, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The statement continued, \u201cThese charges are a mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of these charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.\u201d<\/p>\n
