\n\tIt has become a routine \u2014 another social media post by President Donald Trump demanding Jimmy Kimmel\u2018s firing is followed by another response by the comedian on his ABC late-night show Jimmy Kimmel Live. <\/em><\/p>\n \n\tIn the opening monologue Thursday, Kimmel showed Trump\u2019s post from the morning, \u201cWhen is ABC Fake News Network firing seriously unfunny Jimmy Kimmel, who incompetently presides over one of the Lowest Rated shows on Television? People are angry. It better be soon!!!\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tIn his reaction, Kimmel took issue with Trump\u2019s own approval ratings, displaying a headline that they have hit an all-time row for his second term. <\/p>\n \n\t\u201cIf incompetently presiding over not just \u2018one of\u2019 but the lowest rating in history is the reason I should be fired, we should both be out of a job because you\u2019re not doing too good either!,\u201d Kimmel said.<\/p>\n \n\tNoting that Trump also called into Newsmax Thursday afternoon to call Kimmel a \u201clowlife\u201d and demand he be fired again, the comedian remarked, \u201cthis guy is so mad, you would think I posted a picture of seashells or something,\u201d a reference to ex-CIA director James Comey\u2019s recent indictment over a photo he had posted of seashells on a beach arranged to form the numbers 86 47. <\/p>\n \n\tKimmel pointed out that Trump\u2019s attacks on him are taking place with a war going on. <\/p>\n \n\tIn fact, \u201cTrump has three wars going on right now \u2013 Iranians, Ukrainians, and Comedians,\u201d Kimmel said. <\/p>\n \n\tContinuing to compare Trump\u2019s feud with him to the ongoing war in Iran, Kimmel said, \u201cI\u2019m worried this conflict is going to escalate. He might put a blockade on Hollywood Boulevard.\u201d <\/p>\n \n\tKimmel\u2019s solution? Peace talks.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cSend a delegation,\u201d he proposed to Trump. \u201cSend JD Vance and Jared and your friend the real estate broker \u2013 send them all, we can meet in a neutral location. Like Pakistan or, I don\u2019t know, Van Nuys. We can go to the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street.\u201d <\/p>\n \n\tAdded Kimmel, \u201cLet\u2019s see if we can come up with a cease-fire agreement.
