This week on Legally Us<\/em>, Rachael Bennett, a certified family law specialist and senior attorney at Sullivan Law & Associates, breaks down what legal actions Bravo could take against the source at the center of the Summer House<\/em> season 10 reunion leak.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, April 26, Bravo revealed that they had concluded their investigation into the unauthorized audio recording and that it was \u201cdistributed by an individual involved in the production of the reunion.\u201d<\/p>\n

They added in a statement to Us Weekly,<\/em> \u201cAs a result of the findings, appropriate action has been taken.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBravo has concluded its investigation after audio from the Summer House season 10 reunion was leaked online. \u201cAn investigation into the recent leak of the Summer House reunion audio has concluded that the audio was an unauthorized recording and distributed by an individual involved in the production of the reunion,\u201d a Sunday, April 26, statement [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThis is most certainly going to be considered a breach of contract between Bravo and the production member,\u201d Bennett tells Us.<\/em> \u201cOn closed sets like these all of the staff and the production team will typically sign pretty hefty NDAs and confidentiality agreements, which means that Bravo can not only terminate that production member\u2019s employment, they can also go after them for monetary damages.\u201d<\/p>\n

Summer House<\/em> filmed its season 10 reunion on April 23, shortly before a clip of Ciara Miller<\/strong> confronting costars Amanda Batula<\/strong> and West Wilson<\/strong> over their relationship surfaced online. Bravo immediately opened an investigation into the matter to determine the source of the leak, who they said was not a member of the cast.<\/p>\n
