Upneeq is stepping into skin care\u2014an exciting expansion for the brand behind the 2026 NewBeauty Award\u2013winning eye drop that temporarily lifts low-lying or droopy eyelids (a condition known as blepharoptosis). Now, it\u2019s turning its attention to the area just beneath them. Its first foray: the Reveal Under Eye Complex ($75), available now.<\/p>\n

While Upneeq\u2019s eye drops require a prescription, the Reveal Under Eye Complex\u2014its first nonpharmaceutical offering from parent company RVL Pharmaceuticals\u2014does not. Its active ingredients include a five percent stabilized vitamin C to help even tone, along with firming peptides, depuffing caffeine, energizing creatine and soothing green tea to refresh tired-looking eyes. Together, the blend targets some of the most common under-eye concerns\u2014discoloration, puffiness and loss of firmness\u2014in a single step.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The silky-soft, fragrance-free formula also uses soft-focus blurring agents that help diffuse the look of fine lines and brighten the under-eye area upon application. That, combined with the aforementioned active ingredients, helps deliver both immediate and long-term results with consistent use. The brand recommends applying it twice daily as part of your morning and evening skin-care routine.<\/p>\n

“Patients often complain about tired-looking eyes, pointing to signs like puffiness, dark circles and fine lines,” says Beverly Hills reconstructive oculoplastic surgeon and head of scientific affairs at RVL Pharmaceuticals, Raymond Douglas, MD.<\/p>\n
