D4vd<\/strong>‘s friend Neo<\/strong> <\/strong>has been booked into the Los Angeles County jail after being arrested in Montana for failing to appear as a witness.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Online records show Neo was booked around 11:30 PM Friday and is being held on a 60,000 bail. His charge is a felony.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

We broke the news — the popular streamer was cuffed and put behind bars<\/strong> in Helena, Montana Thursday on a warrant out of the Los Angeles Police Department. Police then confirmed to us he was on his way to the City of Angels after he made a court appearance before a judge earlier Friday.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

As you know, there’s been a grand jury convened<\/strong> in L.A. to investigate the death of Celeste Rivas<\/strong> <\/strong>since at least November. Multiple witnesses have testified … but it’s unclear if Neo has been arrested in relation to this case.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

TMZ previously reported D4vd is likely to be charged with her murder<\/strong> after her decomposing body was found in a Tesla in September near the Hollywood Hills home he was renting<\/strong>. We also told you back in November, LAPD homicide detectives ID’d a second suspect<\/strong> who may have been involved “before, during, and after” the teen’s demise.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
