Now, they\u2019re both stuck in prison and potentially facing the death penalty. And they can\u2019t stand each other at all.<\/p>\n<p>Roxie may have the edge when it comes to escaping her fate, thanks in part to her slick lawyer, Billy Flynn (<strong>Richard Gere<\/strong>). Velma is clearly the better singer, but Roxie is a master at manipulating the court of public opinion. No lie is too big for Roxie to tell, and she\u2019s going to need some whoppers if she wants to escape her pending execution. Someone is kidnapping and murdering young women in Washington, D.C., and it quickly becomes very personal for Cross when his niece, Naomi Cross (<strong>Gina Ravera<\/strong>), is one of the victims. Whoever the serial killer is, he\u2019s proven to be very good at covering his tracks. Kate even manages to escape the killer\u2019s remote hideaway. As the only known survivor of the killer, Kate may be Cross\u2019 best hope of reuniting with his niece.
