The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/em> executive producer Jeff Jenkins<\/strong> dropped hints about Taylor Frankie Paul<\/strong>\u2019s future on the Hulu reality show as season 5 nears the resumption of filming.<\/p>\n

\u201cI certainly hope [she will film with the other women],\u201d Jenkins, 58, revealed at Deadline\u2019s \u201cReality TV Summit\u201d on Friday, May 1. \u201cAgain, first and foremost, is she healthy of body and mind, then we\u2019ll talk about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jenkins pointed to a court hearing in Utah on Friday, May 1, where it was decreed that \u201cTaylor and Dakota<\/strong> [Mortensen<\/strong>, her ex] are now legally required to stay 100 [feet] away from each other.\u201d (At Salt Lake City\u2019s Third District Courthouse on Friday, Utah Commissioner Russell Minas<\/strong> issued orders of protection for both Taylor, 31, and Dakota, 33, to stay away from one another for a period of three years to break the cycle of \u201ca very toxic relationship.\u201d)<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a legal matter so I can tell you definitely that they will not be shooting together,\u201d Jenkins declared.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly confirmed on Tuesday, April 21, that cameras started rolling again after a brief pause due to Taylor\u2019s legal issues with ex Dakota Mortensen. A report later surfaced that Taylor, 31, and Dakota, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The producer confirmed that he has been in touch with Taylor all throughout her recent legal troubles.<\/p>\n

\u201cI talked to Taylor for 90 minutes this week and she\u2019s doing great,\u201d Jenkins said. \u201cShe\u2019s very grounded and composed. I\u2019m happy for her.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for when cameras will start rolling again on Mormon Wives<\/em>, Jenkins confirmed, \u201cWe don\u2019t have a date yet. I\u2019m very excited that we have the thumbs up from Hulu and Disney. I\u2019m hoping it will be very soon. I\u2019m very excited.\u201d<\/p>\n

Production on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/em> season 5 was abruptly halted in March when Taylor and her ex Dakota were involved in multiple domestic violence investigations. Following the release of shocking video footage of one February 2023 altercation, ABC cancelled plans to air Taylor\u2019s season of The Bachelorette<\/em>. (Taylor and Dakota share 2-year-old son Ever True Mortensen and she has two older children \u2014 daughter Indy May Paul and son Ocean Paul \u2014 with her ex-husband, Tate Paul<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

Utah authorities ultimately ruled on April 14 that Taylor would not be charged for a February 2026 domestic violence incident, paving the way for filming to resume on Mormon Wives<\/em>.<\/p>\n

That space has been a breath of fresh air and has given me clarity. My focus now is where it should have been all along-on my son and creating a stable, healthy environment for him moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI regret not stepping away from the difficult cycle sooner. I\u2019m not perfect, and I take accountability for my part,\u201d he went on. \u201cI\u2019m sincerely sorry to those I\u2019ve hurt. At the same time, I don\u2019t agree with how this situation has been portrayed publicly. It does not reflect the full context of what occurred or the impact it has had on my son and me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amid confirmation that The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/em> will soon be filming again, Us Weekly<\/em> exclusively learned that Taylor had an open invitation to return.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe producers and cast have welcomed Taylor to return to this year\u2019s filming,\u201d a source told Us<\/em> on April 22. \u201cIt is still unclear whether she will come back this year, but she is expected to be back in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n
