Simultaneously, a black 2011 Ford F-150 four-door pickup was driving eastbound on Ninth Avenue Southwest. On 21st Street Southwest, a light colored SUV traveled southbound onto Ninth Avenue Southwest and reportedly went into the path of the white Chevrolet pickup, according to WPD.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The driver of the white Chevrolet pickup allegedly swerved to the left to avoid a collision with the light colored SUV and crossed the eastbound lanes of Ninth Avenue Southwest, in front of the black pickup. The front of the black pickup reportedly collided with the trailer towed by the white Chevrolet, and both vehicles came to rest in the ditch on the south side of Ninth Avenue Southwest, according to WPD.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The pickup truck drivers were from Watertown. A 23-year-old male drove the white pickup, and a 50-year-old male drove the black pickup. An ambulance transported the driver of the black pickup to the Prairie Lakes Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the WPD reported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">It was not reported as to the age or city of the SUV driver or the passenger in the SUV.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The white heavy-duty pickup was pulling a flatbed trailer loaded with approximately 40 sheets of drywall. There was a passenger in the truck, according to the WFR. Neither occupent reported injuries, WFR reported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The black pickup had significant, disabling damage and was towed from the scene. The white Chevrolet had minor damage and was still drivable. The trailer towed by the Chevrolet had significant damage, the release stated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Engine 4 remained on the scene to assist with debris removal, and Crocker\u2019s Towing responded to remove the vehicle. Crews remained on scene for approximately 20 minutes, WFR reported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The incident&#8217;s investigation is ongoing.
