Actor Wilson Cruz<\/strong> is reacting to former The Hills<\/em> star Spencer Pratt<\/strong> gaining in the polls as he attempts to become the next mayor of Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t believe my BELOVED LA is willing to be this f***ing stupid,\u201d Cruz, 52, wrote via his Instagram Stories on Sunday, May 3, over a screenshot of a recent social media post from Pratt, 42, celebrating the success of his mayoral campaign.<\/p>\n

\u201cNumber 1 on the ballot. Number 1 in the polls,\u201d Pratt wrote via Threads. \u201cLet\u2019s save LA. VOTE PRATT TODAY.\u201d<\/p>\n

A community note highlighted various claims about Pratt, who some have deemed a \u201cconspiracy theorist\u201d for allegedly believing the earth is flat and that the deadly 2012 shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, was a \u201cfalse flag\u201d operation.<\/p>\n

After Pratt released a recent ad filmed outside the homes of two of his opponents \u2014 incumbent Karen Bass<\/strong> and Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman<\/strong> \u2014 the reality TV star was slammed for being \u201creckless.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mayor Bass accused Pratt of doing his \u201cbest Trump impression,\u201d while Raman called the ad an \u201cunnecessary\u201d political stunt.<\/p>\n
