That is a precarious combo.<\/p>\n<p>The national icon quipped that her \u201cbig, uh, personality\u201d could also risk toppling her if she gets a dizzy spell.<\/p>\n<p>Dolly is making a reference to her fairly famous bust.<\/p>\n<p>No one needs to <em>explain<\/em> why medical treatments make them unable to perform. We suppose that we can rule out <em>seasickness<\/em>, though.)<\/p>\n<p>Whatever is the matter, we wish Dolly well. We hope that she makes a full recovery soon.
