two men and woman &#8212; with gunshot wounds, Carrollton police said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">At a news conference earlier Tuesday, Carrollton Police Chief Roberto Arredondo said the shooting happened during a business meeting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Then while the first shooting was still being investigated, police learned of a second shooting in the 2700 block of Old Denton Road, a few miles away, shortly before 11:15 a.m. At the scene, police discovered a man dead inside an apartment, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">At least 23 people injured in Oklahoma lake party mass shooting: Police<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">During the earlier news conference, Arredondo called it a &#8220;complicated scene.&#8221; Arredondo said. &#8220;Victims were meeting with the suspect for a business purpose.
