While Rickie Fowler<\/strong> is known for wearing orange on Sundays \u2014 a nod to his alma mater, Oklahoma State University \u2014 his somewhat unconventional orange juice preferences have remained under wraps. Until now, of course.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d say as a kid, I preferred it without pulp,\u201d Fowler exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> on Monday, May 4, in honor of National Orange Juice Day and partnership with Tropicana. \u201cNowadays I like it. I like both [with and without pulp]. Sometimes I like to chew on the pulp. I\u2019ve always liked it over ice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Just drinking juice with pulp is one thing. Liking to water it down with ice and then chew on it is something entirely different. Still, the golfer is a proud expert on the subject, adding that his two kids \u201clove\u201d orange juice as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like we have to try and keep it to a minimum for them so they don\u2019t drink too much,\u201d Fowler said. \u201cBecause I feel like they would just drink it all day.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tRickie Fowler\u00a0and wife\u00a0Allison Stokke\u00a0have a hole-in-one type of love after he slid into her DMs. \u201cI reached out to [Allison] on social media. It seemed like she was the kind of person that would fit with who I am,\u201d the professional golfer told\u00a0Rocket Mortgage\u00a0in an April 2019 YouTube interview. \u201c[She\u2019s] very genuine, obviously beautiful and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While Fowler is the former PGA Tour rookie of the year and climbed as high as No. 4 in the world rankings in 2016, he is first and foremost a father. He and his wife, former pole vaulting sensation Allison Stokke<\/strong>, share daughters Maya, 4, and Nellie, 21 months. The family of four travel together while Fowler is competing \u2014 something he said he will enjoy until the kids are old enough for school to interfere with his busy schedule.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt can be busy, it can be hectic,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s a traveling circus, you know, in a place for one week, unpack, set everything up, and then pack back up and move on to the next. But we wouldn\u2019t change it. Being able to have everyone together, [to] take advantage of that as much as we can.\u201d<\/p>\n

Most recently, Fowler finished ninth at the Cadillac Championship, high enough to qualify for the 2026 PGA Championship. It was a relief, after he failed to qualify for the Masters in April.<\/p>\n

He added that Stokke, 37, has been invaluable in helping him concentrate on his game.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor her to have that understanding of the time and dedication of what it takes to be great at something that really helps me,\u201d Fowler said. \u201cTo know that I need to go put work in and I need to do certain things.\u201d<\/p>\n

That has, he said, allowed him to separate his life on the golf course from his family life, where he can go home to his kids and \u201cthrow back a couple orange juices.\u201d<\/p>\n
