The former actress, 40, debuted a pair of bright blue brows in a Monday, May 4, video shared via her Instagram Stories, one day before she was spotted on a rare public outing with boyfriend Zachary Khan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bynes showed off her cobalt-lined arches while doing her makeup in the car.<\/p>\n

Posting via her Instagram Stories on Thursday, July 10, the She\u2019s the Man star shared that she had bought a new grill for her teeth and explained why she could not get tooth gems. \u201cWhat\u2019s up, everybody? The former child star, who was also sporting bleach blonde hair in the new video, gave a close look at her heart face tattoo and nose piercings, which includes a sparkling septum ring.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, May 5, Bynes stepped out with Khan to grab a bite to eat in Los Angeles. She wore a white T-shirt with a vibrant design paired with jeans and black lace-up sneakers, while he opted for a monochromatic ensemble, rocking black from head-to-toe.<\/p>\n

Photos obtained by the Daily Mail<\/em> showed the two holding hands and chatting during their rare outing.<\/p>\n

Khan and Bynes seem to be going strong after ringing in 2026 together. \u201cBest new year\u2019s with my love,\u201d she gushed alongside a photo of the couple saying goodbye to 2025.<\/p>\n

Bynes also opened up about losing weight in December, revealing she shed 28 pounds with the help of the controversial diabetes-turned-weight loss drug Ozempic and was \u201cdown to 152 [pounds.]\u201d<\/p>\n

Following her weight loss update, Bynes showed off her latest tattoo \u2014 \u201cTrap Star\u201d written in bold print on her left hand \u2014 in January. Her fresh ink was placed in between the \u201cBeauty\u201d tattoo on her forearm and heart on her middle finger.<\/p>\n
