Influencer Grace Nguyen<\/b> announced that her husband, Zach<\/b> Nguyen, <\/b>died following a lengthy battle with cancer.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot a fun puzzle post to share. My husband passed away two weeks ago,\u201d Grace, known as \u201cGrace Puzzles\u201d online, wrote via Instagram<\/span> on Wednesday, May 6. \u201cIt still doesn\u2019t feel real. \u2026 I am so grateful for the time we had but it\u2019s really hard processing that it is already over. I love you, Zach, and I am so proud of how hard you fought \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grace further revealed that Zach died on April 22, which was their \u201cone and half year anniversary.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grace and Zach got married in October 2024, weeks after he was diagnosed with cancer.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt makes me happy and sad looking at pictures before he was diagnosed. Everything was going so well,\u201d the influencer wrote on Wednesday. \u201cI wish we had more time like this.\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple planned to move to Hawaii, where he received a job offer, before Zach\u2019s diagnosis.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe even started renting an apartment in Honolulu last summer because the doctors were telling us he was about to go into remission,\u201d Grace recalled. \u201cThat never happened, instead, we ended up going to Indiana for a last \u2018curable\u2019 treatment consisting of two stem cell transplants and high-dose chemo.\u201d<\/p>\n

The treatment did not shrink Zach\u2019s tumors, and the couple relocated to their native Colorado in October 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce we got back, Zach decided to start living and enjoying life because it was looking like time was limited,\u201d she explained on Wednesday. \u201cFrom November to February, we went on two cruises, two Vegas trips and to Japan. I\u2019m sad he didn\u2019t get to do more, but he definitely made the most of the time he had.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grace continued, \u201cI\u2019m very grateful to all of his and our friends that came along and spent time and made some of this stuff happen. It\u2019s unbearably sad [that] our story ended this soon, but I will cherish the memories forever.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Zach battled cancer, Grace started sharing Instagram videos of her attempt at completing an 18,000-piece puzzle.<\/p>\n
