Marta Milans<\/strong> is excited to dive deeper into her M.I.A<\/em> character\u2019s arc in season 2 \u2014 and she has the perfect person she hopes will come play her onscreen husband.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know why Tony Goldwyn is in my mind right now,\u201d Milans exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> after the Peacock show premiered on Thursday, May 7. \u201cSince we were just talking about Scandal, it has to be some WASP royalty.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milans noted that Goldwyn \u201cis the epitome\u201d of a perfect scene partner, adding, \u201cLet\u2019s call him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Created by Ozark<\/em>\u2018s Bill Dubuque<\/strong>, M.I.A<\/em> is a crime drama focused on Etta Tiger Jonze (Shannon Gisela<\/strong>), who seeks to avenge her family\u2019s murder and rise to power in the Miami underworld.<\/p>\n

Based on Jeffery Deaver\u2018s novel The Never Game, Tracker has viewers tuning in each week to see their favorite fictional survivalist \u2014 a.k.a Colter [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Milans, meanwhile, is related to the crime family responsible for Etta\u2019s family being murdered \u2014 but she is trying to set herself apart.<\/p>\n

\u201cCaroline is not a criminal. She\u2019s definitely on the edge. She is the daughter of a cartel leader but her dad made sure that Caroline would be the legitimate child \u2014 and he tries really hard to keep her out of that dark world,\u201d she noted. \u201cThat is why I think her brothers have a chip on their shoulder about that and resent the fact that Caroline is the golden child. She gets sent off to university to get a great education. She comes back and she\u2019s polished, well spoken and well dressed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milans is meant to represent another side to the fictional crime family, telling Us<\/em>, \u201cShe really carries that side very well. I think it\u2019s fascinating to me to get to play that because she navigates both worlds very well. She does obviously walk over to the dark side later on in the season and you\u2019ll see that. But until that moment, her ruthlessness and her hunger for getting her agenda and her goals executed will make her stop at nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actress found it \u201creally challenging and exciting\u201d to play Caroline.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt also is hilarious to me because her brothers will be torturing and killing people and they\u2019re all dressed in perfectly crisp white shirts. You\u2019re like, \u2018You might want to wear something darker.\u2019 But it works so well for that side of the story,\u201d Milans said. \u201cBut then to also cut to Caroline and her ridiculous mansion with her luxurious suits and shoes. It was a lot of fun to create her wardrobe.\u201d<\/p>\n
